Example of program in Florence
Monday
4 pm orientation tour through the historic center.
5.30 – 7 pm get-together for the beginning of the course in a bar, located in the city center to drink a glass of wine and meet each other.
Tuesday
4 pm Cooking class.
Preparation of a complete menu and dinner. 40 EUR.
Thursday
4 pm Guided tour to Giardino di Boboli. Meeting point at the school. 6 EUR entrance fee, the guide is free.
Saturday
9.45 am excursion to Lucca.
During the journey you are not accompanied, at your arrival at the train station in Lucca around 11 am one of our teachers will be waiting for you. 30 EUR, incl. lunch.
Saturday and Sunday
Weekend in Argentario on the Island of Giglio on a sailing boat. Price 150 EUR per person, incl. journey to and fro Talamone, 1 overnight stay on the boat, lunch and dinner on Saturday and Sunday on board.
Tuesday
4 pm visit of the Basilica di Santa Croce, the museum and the Capella dei Pazzi. Meeting point in Piazza Santa Croce in front of the entrance to the Basilica. Artworks of Giotto, Vasari, Donatello. The graves of Galileo, Machiavelli, Rossini. 6 EUR & 3 EUR entrance fee.
Wednesday
1.30 pm excursion to the Chianti Rufina region. Visit of the winecellar of Fattoria Selvapiana, wine tastings and snack. Return to Florence around 6 pm. 30 EUR.
Thursday
4 pm Video film
Meeting at the school. Introduction and guided demonstration from a teacher. Minimum number of participants.
